Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction.  You must notify us within 60 days of your purchase.    

  • Defective or damaged merchandise.  

We will replace those items at no additional cost to our customer.  

  • Merchandise was ordered incorrectly by the customer.  

The customer must ship the product(s) back at their expense.  The customer will be credited upon receipt of the merchandise.  

  • Product(s) that were sold and shipped incorrectly by us.  

We will provide the customer with a shipping label for those products to be returned and the correct product(s) will be promptly shipped.  

  • Customer is dissatisfied with the performance of the product(s),

 They can return any unopened product(s) at their expense and a full refund

 will be credited.
